Super-Resolution Microscopy

Overview

SuperMiF started offering super-resolution microscopy services in 2011. The services are available for all LRI researchers and also for a limited number of external (non-LRI) users. Internal users always have a priority over external ones. The current instrumentation consists of Applied Precision OMX V3 structured illumination system. SuperMiF provides super-resolution imaging support from experiment design to image acquisition and data analysis.

Other functions of SuperMiF include developing super-resolution microscopy services at the LRI as needed as well as offering training and organizing courses, seminars, and workshops related to super-resolution microscopy.
