Research Goals
To create a databank of all human proteins structures including single nucleotide polymorphisms (experimentally determined plus accurately modelled structures).
To map all protein-protein interactions within the human genome.
To use the information from 1 and 2 to study biological processes.
To use 1-3 to identify protein targets for rational drug design.
