Hooke Medal

The British Society awards this medal for Cell Biology to an emerging leader in cell biology. The award is made to someone who has made an outstanding contribution to UK Cell Biology usually within the first 10 years of establishing their own lab.

Louis Jeantet Prize

Nobel Prize

The Nobel Prizes are annual international awards given by Scandinavian committees in recognition of cultural and scientific advances. Each recipient, or laureate, is presented with a gold medal, a diploma, and a sum of money, which depends on the Nobel Foundation's income that year.
