LRI encourages pursuit of ambitious and longer term research programmes at the highest level.
We are seeking innovative scientists to establish independent research programmes and to contribute to the development of the Institute's vibrant scientific programme, as we move towards the new Francis Crick Institute, due to open in 2015.
The Institute is core-funded by Cancer Research UK. LRI group leaders receive generous Institute core funding for personnel (research fellows, graduate students and technical support), laboratory consumables, and access to the Institute's comprehensive core technology facilities, backed by a substantial laboratory space and equipment package.
