The London Research Institute conducts comprehensive PhD and Postdoc training programmes, and are supported by highly trained scientific and administrative staff.


The London Research Institute has 43 research teams led by some of the world's foremost cancer research specialists and covering the major disciplines of cellular, developmental and molecular biology. The Institute is based on two sites, the Lincoln's Inn Fields laboratories and Clare Hall laboratories, and attracts scientists from around the world.

Among the placements available to pre- and post-doctoral scientists are positions on the summer student, PhD, clinical research fellow and postdoctoral training programmes.
In addition, the LRI employs a dedicated team of scientific support and administrative staff who play crucial roles in ensuring the smooth running of the research programmes, and the Institute as a whole.
